Items available with the "Next Day Delivery" option ordered before 2pm Monday- Friday (excluding public/bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day for delivery before 1pm the next working day

In order to receive your order Next Day it is essential that you complete your order before 2pm Monday-Friday

- Please note "Next Day Delivery" applies to working days and does not guarantee delivery on a Saturday

- Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 working days

- Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday

Back Order Items

Some of the products we sell are not "In stock" and need to be tailored for you, "In Stock" products will be dispatched right away. The items that are tailored for example ‘Steel boned corset’ Please allow up to 14 working days for us to tailor these items, we will notify you by email before we dispatch these and they will be sent using our standard shipping service.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to issue an exchange on most items. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.

Return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange the item for a different size / colour option, or if you would prefer we can issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).

* We hope you understand that there are a few exceptions around returning certain items. Due to hygiene reason we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on stockings, tights and eyelashes.
