All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licenced to Corsets4u.co.uk . Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Corsets4u.co.uk .
All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Delivery & Packing
If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours. All timescales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday.
Our standard delivery service delivers to UK mainland within 5 to 7 working days for in stock items and 14+ working days for items not currently held in stock. We will update you via email if your item is not currently in stock.
We dispatch all items as first class recorded delivery
Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products in your order are not available and we will offer you a exchange or full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you'll be happy with everything you buy from us. However, we know that it might not always be the case. If you're unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return them to us in line with our Returns Policy. Click here to view our returns policy.
Return Postage Costs
You will need to pay the postage on the returned goods. If your return is due to a manufacturing fault, then, as long as you request an exchange, we will refund your return postage costs once the return has been processed. Please note that total refund amount can never exceed the initial transaction value.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it for Standard delivery orders and up to 30 minutes for Next Day Delivery
You also have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing, by emal or via the Contact Us page within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
Royal Mail has lost my order
All orders are shipped by us using first class recorded mail service with Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in the post, the customer must wait 15 working days from the date of posting before claiming from us for the order.
Royal Mail stipulate that we wait this length of time and once we have shipped the order to you there is little we can do until this time has passed. Once it has passed we then have to go through the process of claiming from Royal Mail and will liaise with you, our customer, about this at each level.
Methods of Payment
You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, American Express). Secure servers offer Corsets4u.co.uk customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer.
Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Corsets4u.co.uk liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been despatched we will arrange collection from the original address free of charge.
Product Information
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Corsets4u.co.uk takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice.
All goods offered on the Corsets4u.co.uk website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this.
Price Match Guarantee
When you are browsing our website we want you to have the peace of mind that you're getting the best value for money. In the unlikely event that you find the same lingerie cheaper elsewhere online, we'll refund the difference as long as the following terms are met.
- The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment.
- The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK. For clarity Creative Industries LLP published prices include VAT. Where we have charged a delivery fee, the individual delivery charge for that item will apply.
- Due to their nature, auction websites like eBay and marketplaces like Amazon are excluded.
- The item must be "like for like"; which means that it is brand new, the same colour and has an identical supplier reference number.
- Our price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any competitor discount codes, promotions or clearance offers.
- Typographical pricing errors will not be matched.
- This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.
