How Can I Get In Touch?
If you wish to contact us for any reason, you can use email customerservices@Corsets4u.co.uk or telephone 0845 519 0416. Our customer service phone lines are open from 9:30am to 4.30pm UK time, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

We aim to respond to you within one working day. This does mean that emails sent to us after 5pm Friday and over the weekend may not be responded to until the following Monday

How Do I Buy Online?
You can order online from this website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Shopping with Corsets4u.co.uk could not be made easier. All you have to do is browse our website, select the item you would like to purchase, chose your size and colour (if applicable) from the drop down box and add to your cart. Once you have added all the items to your cart, click on view your bag and continue to the checkout.

How Can I Pay For My Order?
You can pay using most major credit and debit cards in UK: MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express, Switch, we also accept payment via PayPal.

How Do I Make A Payment?
To make a payment could never be easier, with our one step process for all your details, here you will be able to update your billing / delivery address and shipping type, once you are happy you will be transferred to Sage Pay for secure payment.

When And How Is My Card Charged?
Your credit or debit card is charged upon receipt of your order and will show a payment to "Creative Industries UK LLP". If for any reason there is a problem processing your order, your order status will show as payment unsuccessful.

What Appears On My Credit Card Statement? 
To protect your privacy the words "Creative Industries UK LLP" will appear on your statement.

Do You Offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes, we offer next day delivery on a range of items, just look out foir the 'next day delivery' symbol.

Promotion Codes
If you have a promotional code you can use it during the checkout process to obtain your discount which will be applied before you make payment. Simply type the code in the discount codes box when prompted in your shopping cart.  Currently only one promotional code can be used per transaction


When Will My Goods Arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5-7 days for in stock items and up to 14 working days for items not currently held in stock. We will update you via email if your item is not currently in stock.

All items are sent using royal mail 1st class Recorded and should generally arrive with you the day after dispatch*. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours of receipt.

*These are average times we cannot control the length of time it takes for Royal Mail or your local postal carrier to deliver your package

What About Multiple Items Per Order?
If you order multiple items and one item is not in stock we will ship the garments that we do have in stock to you and place the out of stock item into backorders. These will take a further 7 to 10 days for you to receive them. We will not charge any extra postage for this.

How Will The Goods Arrive?
You can be sure of total discretion since all parcels are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of what's inside or our Trade name. A small returns label indicates the sender as Creative Industries UK LLP

Can I Place An Order And Have Them Sent Direct To Someone Else, As A Present? 
Yes. Simply enter a different delivery address when you checkout. If you do not want the invoice within the package let us know as soon as possible and we can have this done for you.

Can I return goods for refund or exchange?
We will happily exchange or refund any order within 30 days of receipt.

For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns under our returns policy for the following items: Bodystockings, Hosiery, Knickers or Eyelashes where the packaging has been opened, Due to the intimate nature of these products they cannot be re-sold and would have to be discarded.  This does not affect your statutory rights under UK and EU Law.

What if I need to return an item that is part of an offer?
  • If you have purchased on a buy one get one half price offer, individual items cannot be refunded.
  • If you would like an exchange, we can only exchange for a different size of the item returned.

Full refunds will only be given if both items are returned
